Captain Pete’s deep connection to Southern Georgian Bay began in his hometown of Penetanguishene. From a young age, he spent his summers at a cottage on Sawlog Bay, where he loved hearing fascinating stories about the area. These stories sparked a lifelong passion for the region and its rich history. A natural storyteller, his love for the 30,000 Islands region of Southern Georgian Bay is evident in every tour.
Pete is highly qualified, holding certifications from Transport Canada, International Yacht Training (IYT), and the Canadian Red Cross. Whether you’re interested in the rich history of the area or its stunning natural beauty, Pete’s Island Tours and Charters promises an unforgettable experience on the water.
ABOUT THE BOAT
Our luxurious 25′ Pontoon Boat is designed for comfort and enjoyment. With a capacity for up to 11 guests, it features a retractable bimini top, lounge seating in the front, seating and dinette table mid ship, and a large sunpad area in the rear, that converts to an eating/refreshment counter with comfortable bar stools. It also features a changing area, marine toilet, barbecue, small galley, an ice-packed cooler (or feel free to bring your own!), a 5 gallon water cooler, and a Marine First-Aid kit. Enjoy a perfect day on the water with all the amenities you need for a memorable adventure.

One was a full day to San Souci and the other was a 3 hour tour of the bays and islands just north of Honey Harbour, off the small craft route including Brown's Bay, Longuissa and Hockey Stick.
